"An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though....

"After staying here, you will think every hotel is five star compared to this place. My girlfriend and I didn't like anything about the property. The property is too old, and nothing is modern there.
