"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. "Really enjoyed staying here. Apartment was clean, spacious (high ceilings), very modern kitchen (I opted not to cook, but all amenities are there - half refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils - also small dining table), bed was comfortable, desk/room to work and sofa. Excellent lighting. A very large amount of closet space as well, extra blankets/pillows in the wardrobes/closets. Apartment I was in (123) faces out to parking lots, so helpful to keep all shades down at times. Would...

"A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak."
