"The unit was not cleaned at all. The indoor temperature was very hot, and the refrigerator was broken and emitting a foul odor. The kitchen utensils were dirty, and there were no basic amenities in the bathroom, such as towels, shower gel, or shampoo. It appears the owner lives downstairs and uses this unit regularly, simply moving out when a guest arrives. There was absolutely no professional cleaning done. I have requested a full refund."

All mediocre brands and up were highly priced $18 Eu per drink. Staff was less than helpful. AC didn’t work, electric kept tripping. Pool was very nice but opened late and closed early. "We were very disappointed with the room. We felt deceived by what we had been promised and what was delivered. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. Even when we told them we were not happy they did nothing to make us feel better. We certainly will not stay there again. Staying there was a big letdown to end our trip with."

"One the best Breakfast variety ever I have delicious food , service top notch, views breathtaking all amazing specifically if you are traveling with your kids they will love this hotel location is perfect you can get a taxi takes 15 min to Dubrovnik old town cost around 25€ or you can reach the port by boat cost 10 € per person takes about 30 min to reach old town so you enjoy the spectacular views of Dubrovnik"
