I went to meet her, she said she can not find the reservation. I saw the hotels.com reservation she said they do not work with hotel.com. Then I asked her to check Expedia, then she found and called the OTA agent, after that she accepted the booking. Room was dirty, bathroom was flooded when check in, when I went to take the shower...
