"The hotel lobby and casino were very nice and full of character. I also really liked the bedroom I stayed in—I had a two queen room. It was spacious, comfortable, and had a lot of personality. Check-in was quick and easy using the kiosk, which I appreciated. The Laurel assistant was also helpful, and I liked that I was able to extend my checkout time at a reasonable rate. Having a mini fridge in the room was another nice touch. However, I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. When I made my reservation, I selected daily housekeeping. The room was clean when I first arrived, but on the second day, I returned in the evening to find it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to call the front desk to request service. The same thing happened again the following day—I was out all day, came back, and the room was still unclean. I had to call the front desk a second time. At that point, I was told that I needed to request housekeeping each day if I wanted it. This was never communicated during booking, check-in, or anywhere in the room. There were no instructions or notices explaining this process, which was very frustrating."

"It was okaiesh. For the price perspective it was okay okay, but the property is too old. The rooms which we got were soo wierd and had the worst possible view. "

"The room was very small and extremely noisy. The bathroom design was lousy...water went everywhere out of the shower and it was difficult to reach toilet paper when sitting on the toilet. The telephone didn't work, neither did the air conditioner. Maintenance couldn't fix the problems adequately. A positive was the luggage storage staff was very good."

"The property had ongoing repairs being made. It is showing it's age a bit. It is so absolutely spotless clean. I don't mind the age. Staff is incredible. So helpful. Good is good. Anything complimentary is great these days. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was very clean. I was happy about that. We will definitely stay again."

"The prosecco welcome drink in the Prestige Lounge was an unexpected treat! Early check-in was also a nice surprise. The included continental breakfast included spinach/egg pods, sausages, hashed browns, fresh fruit salad, yogurt/granola/fruit, Belgian waffles, croissants and muffins, coffee/juices."

"Overall property is nice but the check in process could use streamlining. Frustrating to stand in line with only two people checking in throngs of guests. They have self- check in kiosks but no one told you about them nor did they help you use them. Resort fee appeared on TV app but I had already paid the resort fee at check in. Called front desk who assured me it would come off after check out. Said I would get a folio emailed but so far nothing. Rooms are clean but just ok. TI location is good. Very nice pool area but get there early for a chair. Property is connected to a huge mall by way of a pedestrian bridge. Gilleys has good food, offers a different activity each evening. Cirque has a show venue inside. Lots of things to see and do without ever having to leave property if you don't want to. But please fix the check in process!!!!"
