"Would not give me more than 3 towels for a family of four without a trade in towel. Was unable to check in until 3:45 because rooms were not clean. Second floor staff was talking loud with a guest on front of our door, when my wife came out to see, the staff told my wife she could keep it moving. "

"The restaurants I ate at were very good, and I thought the prices were very good. I ate breakfast 2 times, It was very good, food was hot, and the coffee was really good. I also ate at Briggs Oyster Bar, the lobster bites were excellent. I enjoyed a morning bloody Mary at one of the bars on the floor, and enjoyed playing poker, while I drank my bloody Mary. I "

"When I booked there was no where in the disclosure that this is owned by a third party and that I had to pay for a cleaning fee since it was a condo. Shower and AC was not working properly and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The staff up front couldn’t help because the “condo” was owned by another company."

"I didn’t even know there was breakfast, the parking lot was spacious and it felt safe enough to leave the car for my 4 day stay while traveling in Las Vegas, the room was clean but the halls ways smelt like straight tobacco, but it was also very secure you could not enter the hall ways to the room with out key card access so I felt safe. The staff were very helpful when I needed supplies like toilet paper and towels. The cleaning staff were nice when they would see us walk out the room they...

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Terrible place, nothing like any of these pictures. They will even take your deposit and not give it back. We checked in Friday night and didn’t even spend 5 minutes before we walked out. The guy in the front desk didn’t give my deposit back and gave me a number to call where clearly you will not get your money back. This is fraud."

"Everything was excellent. The grounds were beautiful, our location by the pool and the Marketplace was very convenient. I wish we'd known about the free shuttle to and from the Strip and Fremont Street before paying extra for rideshare."

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."
