"Stayed here before my hike to Lake Barbellino. Please please PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay here, for absolutely ANYTHING Valbondione related. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff is so kind and attentive, and the food is some of the best I’ve had in all of Italy (local ingredients btw). I am very excited for when I come back, thank you Samuel and staff for the amazing stay!!"

"Absolutely amazing all around. The staff were fabulous. A cold beer from the honestly bar was a nice touch and the continental breakfast was the best our group ever had. Thanks for the stay. Sleeping in a church built in the year 500 and now an Eco hotel of course was a rare experience."

"Wer ein Einzelzimmer bucht erwartet ein Blick in viele Rohre und eine Betonwand ca. 1m Abstand! Kein Sonnenlicht und muffig! (Bild wurde zur Dokumentation gemacht!) Nach Reklamation keine Bereitschaft einen Kompromiss zu finden obwohl das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war! Das Frühstücks Personal war sehr freundlich !"

"The location is very convenient if you’re doing the bernina express train, it’s just 3 mins walk to the station. The view was amazing and i absolutely loved it"

"The room was very clean and cool. However, the bed was made a weird way. There was no duvet cover, the uncovered duvet was on the inside and a sheet covering the outside. I had to completely turn it over so that the sheet was next to me. When I went to check out, there was nobody at reception at the Bernina hotel where we checked in. I waited a while but just left the key as I couldn’t wait any longer. The breakfast was basic but adequate."

"This hotel is ultra hospitable! Well appointed rooms, friendly and personable staff! Food is outstanding, I loved the parmegiana served by the chef who made an exception for me as I checked in late night way past the kitchen closing! The team does go extra mile to make their guests feel welcome! A great discovery, this hotel! "
