"Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend."

"Loved the location, loved the rooms, cleanliness of the entire property, loved the much better than average breakfast offerings, and the staff was amazing too. Yes you pay for parking in the garage but bring our ticket to the check-in desk and they will scan to give you in-out privileges. Newport on the Levee is less to a 10-minute walk so we never had to leave the parking garage anyhow. Would definitely stay again when in this area."

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"Stayed with my mom & five year old. Could not have asked for a better experience. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. - The breakfast had something for everyone & was more elevated than most breakfast options I’ve seen. - The room was nice & clean with a great view of the river - The restaurant on site was great- we had dinner there one night & everything we ordered was delicious - The pool was a big hit with my little guy, and was the perfect height for him - Easy short...

"Rooms were nice and spacious. Lobby was small, and check in was slow. Small parking lot, overflow parking was in the restaurant parking lot across road, just didn't love that and it was not communicated at check in. Nice little convenience shop in the lobby. Overall, would stay again"

"The elevators were absolutely horrible. You have to scan your key, press what floor you are going to and then you are assigned an elevator. It’s so inefficient. We waited 15 minutes for an elevator multiple times. "
