We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. "We had a nice stay overall. The location is excellent, with a grocery store right across the street, which made it easy to grab snacks like strawberries for the kids. We also appreciated having a kitchen—it was a huge convenience when traveling with children. The room was clean, and while it’s not the Ritz, it was comfortable and met our expectations.
