"The location was convenient to my destinations. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bed frame sucked. He was a shin, buster!! There were no glasses in our room of our arrival. We called the front desk to request some. They said they would have some sent up. Somehow, they never made it, and the ice melted in the bucket."

"After I checked out they charged an additional 250.00 resort fee that I knew nothing about. Also a 231.00 fee for some damage done in the room. There was no damage. Scandalous.!"

"I had a room close to Fremont street. Air conditioning was great, good amenities, quick response from maintenance for a minor issue thought the stay was a good deal. Since I was there to see the Fremont Street Experience it seemed normal that I could hear the festivities from my room."

"It’s a great place to stay. We ate at every food option at the hotel and everything was very good. The only thing bad about the stay was the long wait to get on the elevators. We waited for 20 minutes for an elevator the morning we checked out. Not sure if they only had a few working but it was super inconvenient."
