Hotel dekat Cinemark Century Santa Fe Station 16

"Expedia listed that there was a rollaway bed with the room that I booked, however when I got there I was informed by hotel staff I couldn’t have a rollaway bed with the room due to safety. Expedia was unwilling to help out and we didn’t have enough beds for everyone :("

"My 3 nights there the elevators were out had to do stairs or service elevator which took a very long time to come. Carpets needs to cleaned. My grand daughter’s feet was black at the bottom after a bath. Terrible stay very upset for the money I paid"

"Hotel was updated and in a nice area. Had a nice pool, weight room, and breakfast. My only complaint, we had a dog and obviously can’t eat in the breakfast area or pool area. It would be really nice if a few tables/chairs were set up outside so we could eat there with our dog. You are charged $75 extra for the dog and I understand the extra cleaning due to dog hair but it would be nice if we didn’t have to eat in our room."

"The location was convenient to my destinations. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bed frame sucked. He was a shin, buster!! There were no glasses in our room of our arrival. We called the front desk to request some. They said they would have some sent up. Somehow, they never made it, and the ice melted in the bucket."
