"I was not impressed with this Hotel. We stayed for 5 days and the stairs were never vacuumed the entire time we were there and other areas were not vacuumed. Garbage cans were overflowing! The hotel gave false advertisement when they said they had a hot tub. There wasn’t one. The pool area was very dirty and the bathroom in the pool area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. It was not sanitary! "The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and I loved my room on the 14th floor: very clean, with an amazingly comfy bed, a huge tub, fantastic view of the downtown and a refrigerator. Their onsite bar and restaurant: the Swine Moonshine and Whiskey Bar and the Tavern were both excellent that have fantastic waitstaff. The hotel is in a great location, close to Symphony Hall, the Art Museum, restaurants and shopping and just a block from a light rail station. I highly recommend...

"We had a lovely upgraded room on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed is comfortable and the room has all amenities you would expect. There is a happy hour where a couple beers are offered from 5pm to 6pm, which is a nice touch. The hotel could not be in a better location for walkability."
