"Room had an old smell to it, AC/heater took a bit to turn on. During the night went to use the bathroom and saw a roach in the bathroom. Maybe an old building. Staff was sweet but just need an update."

"Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way."

"First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

"I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state."

"The whole building was hot even the elevators. The only good thing was cold AC in room, but the rooms had mold on ceiling. It looked like the paint was falling off toilets was leaking at the base. The shower will leak all night long. I don’t recommend no one to stay there it needs serious upgrades not worth money. And the person at front desk was never there you had to always ring the bell or good looking for him. It’s ridiculous. The side doors to the building will not open with the key card....
