"Beds weren’t that comfortable. Definitely need new mattresses! Requested more towels and staff wanted to exchange them for dirty ones that we didn’t have at the moment so additional ones were not given. Coffee and water for tea were not kept hot."

"The whole hotel is infested with roaches. I am not even exaggerating, I have pictures and videos. The rooms, restrooms, bed sheets and everything was dirty & stinky. I had no option but to stay the four days I was there because no other hotels or airbnb’s had availability the days I stayed. "An old building in need of several maintenance issues. Very noisy, walls and flooring were thin, could hear all noises at 3:00 am, especially like moving furniture on the above floor. Bathroom exhaust vent very rusty, bath curtain rod loose, would not hold curtain to the side and the bathtub spout barely hanging onto wall. Would not recommend to anyone."
