We had to extend due to severe snowy conditions at home and second room kitchen was infested with ants. Road coming to property is a literal dirt road with many unsafe obstacles along the way. Also saw a mouse run across our floor. "

"The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa."

"We stayed just one night at the Green Laguna after returning from a week of sailing in the BVI. Lyndsey and Chase so kindly arranged our transfer from the ferry to the hotel. We arrived exhausted. But we were so pleasantly greeted by the owners. They carried our luggage to our room. Gave us lots of tips as we settled in. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen!
