"Everyone is nice, it is a secure location and a good bed. We stayed two nights. The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. Also, we were not able to use the tea kettle given it was truly too dirty to use. Hence, you better bring everything prior to getting to your room). Otherwise, you have to ensure you bring...

Last night of stay and the next morning No hot water!
No cleaning for 7 days, no change of the sheets or towels.
Tree cutting at 8am. Apartment smells like damp. Cleaners while cleaning other apartments talking loudly like they were arguing. The outside look it is amazing, beautiful scenery!"
