The hotel is beautiful with a lot of charm and character, beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing, conveniently located with a short walking distance to all the sites, shopping, restaurants (the Italian restaurant at the hotel is very good), quiet, and very clean. There are various teas, coffee, filter water, and hot chocolate for the guests. We honestly did not want to leave and will certainly be back."

Great shower, kitchen amenities, and a solid living area. The place was quite clean and spacious. The so-so: Instead of a duvet cover, the duvet was sandwiched between two top-sheets so it was difficult to keep it covered. In winter, the baseboard heating struggled to get above 20-21c.
