"This property is about a 10 minute walk from St. James church with two grocery stores, two bank machines and a DM location down the street. The owner was delightful and bent over backwards to help.
The rooms are small but very clean, with air conditioning and there is a continental breakfast from 8 am - 10 am in the mornings.
I felt safe and comfortable, especially since the other travellers included friars and priests.
Looking forward to visiting again."

"Hi Expedia,
Requesting a full refund for 2 nights I spent spending at Mepas Mostar in horrible condition where I wasn't able to use the bathroom sink or toilette tink. Had to use the shower to wash hands and faced splashes.
I rely on Expedia to protect my consumer rights. Hope the property appreciates the challenge I faced. I checked in late night on 23rd. The room was spacious, clean and ready. The washroom was a great challenge for me. Sink was completely clogged and no matter how many times...
