"We drove up from the city centre to check in at 2pm, check in time, to be told that the room was not yet available. Very inconvenient for us as we had to then drive back to the city centre for another meeting. Wasted over an hour in the car. They gave us free parking but there wasn’t a free space in the car park! The apartment was spacious and comfortable but only a view of the pool. No beach views. The beach, Olympic dune based modern pool complex looked fabulous and the nearby beach cafe...

"It was a pleasant stay however wrestling with the sheets which were too small for the bed was annoying..The gym had new machines and the pool was nice .. The rooftop area was very relaxing .. "

"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. "The room was so small and one chair as a bedside table. The bed was so close to the window that one of us had to climb over to get into bed. It definitely wasn’t worth it for the price."

"Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it. "

"So clean, every day we came back to an immaculately clean room beds made fresh towels, more tea, milk and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 7 minutes to the station and regular trains to the city. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. "
