Staff helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble for staff. Felt very welcomed and well looked after for our stay."

"Great location, only complaint would be the lifts and door keys don’t work properly and getting to our room sometimes proved too hard. "

"Great location with amazing beach views and very comfortable bed. During our 5 night stay one of the escalators was out of action. The shower was covered in mould and I had to request on two separate occasions for someone to come and clean it. No restock on toilet paper, tissues etc - had to approach the cleaning service in the hall for these items."
