"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"We had a great and comfortable time there. The room and the kitchen were clean. The staff was very helpful. Since we were arriving at Perh at 8 pm, I was a little worried about getting a room key in a box using a PIN number. But everything went smoothly. The location was also great since it was only 20 mins walk to Perth station and there was a pickup place (24 Mount street) for two of our sightseeing tours in a few minute walk. I highly recommend this place! "
