"I highly recommend staying here! The room was terrific and the venue is really lovely. Easy walking to the city centre and places like Kings Park. Public transport is also within walking distance. "This a basic unit with good size kitchen and bathroom. The room is large enough. The furnishings are basic but very comfortable and clean and in good repair. The proximity to the CBD is excellent - only a short walk. The room rates are about half the rates of an upmarket place. Overall very comfortable and excellent value.
