"Overall this was a good place to stay. The hotel was clean, easy to find, adequate parking, decent complimentary breakfast and fast free WiFi. Staff was friendly and always available. Quiet and kid friendly! A good place to stay if you plan on going to the city, and not spending a whole lot time in your room. My only 2 semi complaints was the mattress was a little firm to my liking and they did not have an elevator that I saw but still that was hardly an inconvenience as our room was only a few...

"Pros: The front desk was kind when we checked in and out. It felt clean. Cons: I did try to connect with the hotel during our stay, without hearing a response. Our cable kept going in and out, the phone to the front desk rang busy the entire night, the heating/cooling unit was constantly making noise through the night, at 8am a cart was being wheeled up and down the outer hall which was loud waking up customers which then led to someone screaming and swearing from their room for it to stop. ...
