"The ‘cafe’ was bad. Almost no food, zero milk for my son’s cereal and the staff member showed up 20 mins late to open. Counters were messy and stained. Room was fine. Elevator mirror walls were very dirty and the lobby tables were full of crumbs and uneaten food."

"Perfect last minute hotel! Room was very clean and spacious. Front desk team was very helpful."

"The gym had five pieces of equipment that were out of service. Three of them had a sign the other two did not. The front dest two of the three rude and not welcoming. All that mattered was we had a clean room. However, when I spend my money I want to have better customer service. Front desk needs to smile and ask if we have any questions and let us know if we need anything ask."

"The hotel was a lower class property with very little investment in the furniture in the room rooms or staff training. I would call it minimalist for New York City."
