"It’s an older hotel. The lobby has been redone. The rooms painted. But the bathroom was small. Missing typical hotel stuff. Top sheet of your bed. Conditioner. Lotion. Wash Cloth, Hand towels. It took me two days to figure out how to get cold water out of the unique faucet. The elevators don’t really work. Only 2 of the 4. You can’t take the stairs up to your room. Sometimes you had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator to your room. When I told the front desk they told me it wasn’t a problem I could use the staff elevator. When I tried, security wouldn’t let me. But located in the Theater district."

"My experience had unfriendly staff the room wasn't clean properly there was tissue in the door the sheet were wrinkle and the room was dusty. There was no coffee and water in the room but could have been charged $45 more just to access those necessities."

"We were disappointed that we had no refrigerator in the room. My husband is a diabetic and has meds to be refrigerated. Went down to ask to have one brought up. Manager that was on got us an upgraded room. We were down to one elevator and long lines but this was not the staff issue. Enjoyed our stay !!!!"
