"The rooms are nice, really appreciated the bar, it was great, customer service was excellent and it’s located in an optimal location. However, the room that I was in had an outdated shower and shower head which was a shock since, everything else was so up to par!"

The pool was great, the property was spotless, and the river view was a fun added touch for our toddler. We are coming back in October and will be staying here again!"

"When I arrived at the property it was nothing like the photos online! It was in extremely poor condition on the outside and the parking lot was extremely small. On the way to the front office, I was able to look into one of the rooms and it was disgusting! When I asked the staff member at the front desk if I could cancel my stay, she rudely said “no”"

"There are no luggage racks in the rooms. You have to ask for one. Our phone in the room didn’t work. We had to go to the front desk to ask for things. We were there 5 nights and it was never fixed. They put us in an atrium room. This is not a typical atrium. People can see into your room is the blinds are open. The room does not get very dark. There’s no curtains. "
