"What I liked about this hotel was the central location and friendly staff. What I didn’t like was the design of the rooms and some noise. Who puts tinted mirrors in a hotel room? Oh so cool, and yet, the lighting and mirror situation were so bad you simply had to guess (or use your own mirror) if applying makeup. The sink and mirror were outside the bathroom which was odd but manageable. Noise from the bar one of the nights was also a problem."

"This hotel is in the perfect location and I could not recommend it enough. The view is great, the staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were amazing. Tons of space, great shower, and complementary robes. If you are coming the Ghent, stay in Hotel Harmony."

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."
