"Big room. Nice staff. Goodlocation. Easy walk to lifts. Great lobby. The rooms are a bit tired, however, and could use some refreshing and updates. The fridge was very loud. A switch in tbe bathroom didnt work. That kind of stuff. "

"Room was dirty (some kind of sauce was dried on the living room shutter. Empty water bottle in bedroom. Place needs updating as there were holes in walls and in a cabinet door. Staff was great, especially the shuttle drivers"

"Clean, and convenient. No on site office but someone always answered to help using the office number. We were able to rent skis right in the resort area, and were right near a ski lift so the ski in ski out was super convenient. The view was spectacular. It was nice to have front row seats of the mountain. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs though because you will hear the grooming machines in the middle of the night and they have bright lights. WiFi signal was inadequate so we could not connect our devices to wifi. Tried to explain when I called the management office. While they were very friendly, I could not make it understood that we were not having issues with the tv connection, rather the wifi router. Maintenance came while we were away and the tv was on, to show that tv connection worked, but that was not the issue. I addition, some of the outlets did not recognize our device plugs for charging. Overall we were very happy with our stay and recommend."

"The place needs a new couch. The dishwasher needs to be properly secured. The laundry does not work properly through all cycles and there needs to be more dishes."
