"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. "My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is spacious, nice and clean, as you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel personnel is highly professional. You won’t find a better place to have breakfast than at the hotel. "
"Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....
"The most comfortable mattresses we have found on our travels, were in the family room of this hotel. Beautiful location, friendly staff, delicious coffee at breakfast. Quick 10 minute walk to the historic district. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to add a little more storage in the room and bathroom (and maybe some hooks). "
