The customer service, room and amenities were all fantastic. The only questionable aspect was the building building entry and the elevator.

We had a great stay! The accommodations were perfect for our short stay before the cruise, and everything from arrival to check-in went very smoothly. Instruction video was super helpful. We found the property comfortable, convenient location, and feel that some of the negative comments don't reflect our experience at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Very poor communication with Riviera Suites. Even with Expedia help. Units themselves were pretty good for a couple of days. Shower was dirty as were the floors. Once the check-in process was complete all went well and communication improved. Very good location. A bit noisy at night but okay overall. Units are very small.

I liked how close it was to the port, however the building was not well kept, smelled most mornings. Adjacent was a cute Italian place, friendly area. The duvet cover was not clean and when I asked to replace it they took 2 days and just came in and removed it. The AC smelled funny and does not completely cool the room.

If you can get through the front doors (they are unlocked from the street so learn from us and don’t try and push the key pad) And up the first flight of stairs then you will make it. Just make sure to have the right codes to get in the two doors. The price and location make up for any hassle. Overall was wonderful and very clean and cool!

This was in a great location, especially if boarding a cruise as it is within walking distance to port. No extras but the necessities were provided.

The experience was OK overall. The booking process was easy and affordable. But, the communication about the check-in process was a bit confusing and I would have appreciated earlier communication (especially since we were travelling without cellphone service). The room was pretty good and we liked the air conditioning. But, the shower area was pretty grimy and the coffee maker had a lot of calcium buildup on it.

Minutes from the cruise port and minutes from restaurants and the ocean strip. I was asked to reach out to let the staff know when I reached the property, and I had a question to ask them but I never did receive a reply. Otherwise, it was a perfect spot to stay the night before getting on your cruise!

Was somewhat difficult to find. Room was ok but definitely not soundproof as we could hear the neighbors TV untill around 1amas well as other outside noises. Shower was small and took a long time to drain. Room smelled musky and ac in kept making noises all night Bit for a one night stay before a cruise if nothing else was available it's ok.

Expedia failed to let me know that this place was not a hotel. It is an Airbnb type place. Make sure to get an entry code for the building and the room. There was nobody at the property and I had to call expedia (on international line) to get in touch with the owner. After sending images of our passports, we could get the code and enter the room. Again, make sure you register with owner and get the entry code 24 hours prior to your arrival.

The place doesn’t have staffs to welcome you in person, I had a hard time getting in contact with whoever is renting it when we got to the front door (you need a code to enter the main door and to get to the room). We waited for awhile then I called Expedia coz my reservation was thru them. Thankfully Expedia was able to contact the person who’s supposed to let us in. After fulfilling some requirements for the person renting the room, we were given the codes to get inside the building and to our room. I reserved the Junior Double Room for 1 nite before our cruise, room is good size for 2 people. Room and bathroom is clean, it has good A/C. Location is good, close to restaurants and stores. For a fee they can get you shuttle to the cruise port.
