"Camera pulita, colazione buona, buono il ristorante. Ottimo il garage per le bici. Un pò troppo rumore dal corridoio, con le porte che sbattono."

Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee. The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts."

"L'hotel è proprio davanti alla stazione, ma le camere sono grandi e pulite, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare nel loro parcheggio a 5 euro a notte, colazione ottima, ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un'acqua e due pacchetti di caramelle. Forse l'unico neo è che l'aria condizionata, almeno nella nostra camera era comandata dalla reception, ma bastava chiamare per far aumentare o diminuire la temperatura. Colazione davvero ottima e a 5 minuti dal centro città a piedi."

"You need to read this because it’s true about many of the rooms that are being sold on Expedia for Italy. The rooms are not easy. Parking is more of a you figure it out situation. finding the room or the bed-and-breakfast is not necessarily easy. You will be carrying all your luggage yourself some distances. You will be caring all of your bags up several flights of stairs. It’s physically demanding to get to these places and to get your bags in and out of these places. Typically there is not...

"I need a refund. Link they sent to check-in is in Italian. No english opt. I have to translate it w/ my other phone. Web page was slow and would freeze. I confirmed my check in, no room number nor code was sent back & instructions. No receptionist. Everything is online w/ very bad webpage. People at the place didn't help nor speak english while we were figuring out how to get to our room. We were all tired from the drive. We ended up renting another place close by w/ receptionist that speaks...

"Terribile! Non un 4 stelle. Ci hanno informato solamente dopo il check-in di avere dei “problemi” con l’A/C che in realtà è inesistente! Colazione al di sotto di ogni aspettativa. Il personale si mette a disposizione ma ben poco riescono contro le condizioni generali di un hotel che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Unica nota positiva il rumore inesistente e la posizione, ma farebbero meglio a catalogarsi come un 3 stelle con SPA e piscina."
