"I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy. Although there isn’t any air conditioning, there is a fan. I didn’t miss having air conditioning, as the room didn’t get too hot, even though I was staying on the top floor.
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi wasn’t particularly fast, but it was perfectly adequate for my needs. There’s also a TV in the room, which is handy if you get bored. 🙃

"It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in."

"Michael was great as a host and had terrific communication. The unit is spacious and well laid out. The only issue was the couch. It looked great but was uncomfortable. The propertv is a block away from the entertainment district. Perfect place for a weekend get away. "
