"We came for a quick sleep. The only reason I gave the rating I did was mainly the outside of the building. It looked a little rough, worn, and in weird sections. I will say that when i made the reservation, the woman that answered was extremely helpful and very pleasant. When we arrived it was locked(lobby uses a window after hours), and it was very hard to hear the young lady at the window. This area looked worn and rough, but not terrible. "I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! I decided to take a chance on this hotel because the price was much lower than the others nearby, and I'm so glad I did. The rooms are being renovated, and the updates look great. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I also want to recognize the gentleman who checked me in after 11:00 p.m. He was polite, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy, even though it was late. "Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Good stay."

"I was charge more than expected. They did not have my reservation. The linens/towels were dingy and stained. Our room flooded with sewage. Not a fun time but the people were incredibly nice."
