"We checked in late and the front desk staff was amazing! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel appreciated for being a Wyndham member for the first time ever really. While checking in I started to smell the most amazing scent and asked where it was coming from. It was their air freshener system that burst poofs of scent out every so often. I asked if he knew the scent and it was eucalyptus something, but I’ve got to find it lol. He ask for preferences and offered me an upgrade to Queen...
