"It was not a pleasant stay. The toilet was leaking from the floor. There was a terrible musty smell throughout my stay. I was concerned for my health, that perhaps black mold could be growing under the wet carpet all around the air conditioner. Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. I called the front desk in the evening of the 4th asking if my room could be...

"The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN"

"My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. "Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."
