"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

"We were given an economy twin room with shared bathroom when I booked a comfort twin room, at no point did I see in the booking that this option had a shared bathroom. I have never and would never book a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom door did not fully close and could only be locked with a hook on the door The room did not seem electrically safe and needed work on the walls as they were being held up with tape. We left after one night as to be honest neither the building or the room...

"This is a little gem! We loved our stay & will hopefully return. The location is excellent, near the tram & also the railway station. The property is loved & extremely well looked after. It has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere."

"We are a family of 4 with young adult children and a small dog. We had such a luxurious stay at the Hilton in Nice. It was wonderful and I found every single member of staff extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms are fabulous, sound proof and seriously comfy. One to return to for sure."

"L'une des pires en 20 ans de déplacements. Salle de bain qui sent les égouts en arrivant et tv arrachée sur le lit (si si c'est réel). Chambre 21. Je demande bien sûr une chambre "correcte". Me voilà dans la 31 avec une clim d'appoint sans tuyau d'évacuation, une chaise de bureau avec un pied dévissé (je lai réparée moi même) et une insonorisation avec reveil à 5h du matin. Resto du soir idem chaise cassée mais personne n'était au courant. Le genre de petit déj sans buffet où on vous amène 3...

"Absolument fabuleux. Nous avons été upgradés et la vue de la terrasse et du salon était magnifique. Le salon-bar est superbe et le personnel super serviable et bienveillant."
