"The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!"

"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid almost $300 for a SUITE? No utensils, dishes, NO ICE MACHINES ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 47 years stayed in hundreds of hotels the worst hotels at least had ice. The door handle was broken, the towel rack fell off. There was splatter on the wall by the trashcan. No ironing board two towels and one roll of toilet paper. TERRIBLE "

"I ended up having to sleep in my car for part of the night because the place was uninhabitable and unsafe. I require full refund. Also. They overcharged me as well. They charged me double—Expedia charged me, and Motel 6 charged me."

"The owner of the property canceled all third party reservations due to a popular event. Found out only after attempting to check in after the event at about 11:30 pm. Luckily we were only 2 hours from home, so we made the trek back home. Be aware of this issue."

"Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. "

"This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too."

"Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. "
