"The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again."

"Had confusion checking in as no rooms available on 1st floor per request due to dog who could not walk down stairs. No elevators so we had to carry 54 lb dog up and down 14 steps."

"Employees were very helpful. The room needed some work. There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling so we needed to change rooms which was inconvenient but they made it work."

"Police were called because of People fighting in Hotel parking lot and Motel room beside ours. making sleep impossible for the night. Check out person apologized for incident and said they would comp one night of our stay. After not receiving a credit I called Hotel Manager -said she knew nothing about this even with a Police call to their motel?? and would not honor a one night refund. Maybe this Motel in West Fargo is not a safe neighborhood to stay in?? "

"Hot tubs were fantastic when you can find an open one. And the whole hotel smelled very clean. The rooms were decent, I think I just had a defective room. There was a loud chirping noise coming from the square cut out in the ceiling above my bed that drove me so crazy that I checked out the same night and decided to start my long drive home and stopped to sleep in my pickup. They offered no reimbursement or apology, or even offer to look and see what it was to try and fix it. They were fully booked as it was prom night so I didn’t want to be a Karen about the situation so I just checked out and left all within 6 hours of checking in. "

"Great hotel. This hotel is a nice hotel. The only thing was that we stayed in a suite and it smelled like onions right behind the TV in the living room. Weird. We couldn't figure out why but it did. We like staying at this hotel. It is quiet and the beds are nice. We always stay here when in Fargo."
