Clean and quiet room couldn't hear anyone and they could not hear me

Phelesha Collins an excellent server and there is a lady on the AM shift that works the breakfast area, I did not get her name....we will call her fat legs with the mole on her face. Also genuine and quite nice. Thank you both.
Internet was excellent I was able to work, and be a hermit in my room;
TV great and phone worked in the room
Ocean view was top notch, I want the same room when I come back.

Called their call center and they told me no rooms were available for the dates I selected 3/23-27 yet I was able to book the same dates on a separate media - do you guys not like Jamaicans coming to your hotel I wonder?
Staff were lukewarm generally, a few genuinely nice servers - shout out to Phelesha Collins the young lady that was humble and genuine with her service at Mandalay restaurant. Please congratulate her for being consistent, friendly and professional. She ensured I was taken care of. I watched her with other guests and saw that it was not different between foreigner or local. A very pleasant young lady. I am concerned on whether you are treating your staff well. Phelesa a generous tip has been provided for you. Thank you for your service.
