The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!"

"Check-in was fast & efficient. Room was not in a good state. Floor was dirty (my blackened sole of my foot is a testament of this). Refrigerator was leaking & there was a large puddle of water on the bottom level of the fridge as well as on the floor outside the fridge. Both the bathroom lighted mirrors were not working. These were almost the identical problems in the current room 203 as what I experienced last month in room 302. And this room is supposedly to be the top category room in the hotel. "

The staff are friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a washer/dryer inside the room was a big bonus and added so much convenience. We hope they continue keeping the property in this brand‑new condition. We’ll definitely come back again."

"We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker."
