"I was locked out of my room at 12:02 (checkout time is 12) - which was really unpleasant. also, when I asked to use iron & ironing board, I was asked to give cash deposit and collect myself from the reception. I know its a 3 star hotel, so am ok to collect myself, but their inherent lack of trust was not pleasant (what am I going to do - fly abroad with the iron/ ironing board!).."
