"Nice staff, good lake access, and clean. Shower was worst I've had. The hot water was too hot, you could not get much cold water from shower so it was too hot for my young child, and there was no shower head! Otherwise, was a good stay, very accommodating staff. "

"Nice bed. AC worked great. Staff at desk cery nice. Wifi was good. Location quiet even though right next to the 101. Location in town convenient. Safe enough feeling to walk my dog. I was in a pet room, so that may have accounted for the curtains with some marks and the floor needed a deeper clean. "

"Clean, beautiful villa with great decor - everything was ready before I arrived, which made check-in easy. Deniese was very thoughtful and reached out ahead of time by text and email. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Only minor note: my room didn’t have its own heater control, so I had to step out into the common area to adjust the temperature. Also, the gorgeous travertine/marble floors were very cold—bring slippers! 😄 Overall, a lovely stay and a great host."

"On my first night there the phone started ringing in the room at 12 o’clock midnight. It rang over six times between midnight and 430. I did call the office at 2:30 and got the answering service. At 4:30 I finally realized I should unplug the phone. I spoke to the office on Saturday morning and was told that it had happened once before. I spoke to the office this morning when I was checking out and said that no one from management had called me on my cell phone. She said that they were aware and that it had happened a week prior in my room. I love staying there and I generally come once a month now, but I was very disturbed. That management did not even acknowledge that 4 1/2 hours of my sleep were disturbed. "

"The property was beautiful, stayed a night in cottage - 24, it has 2 queen beds a comfortable couch and sitting chair , coffee table and 4 chair and table dinette. The cottage has plenty of room, 2 flat screen tvs, heater and air worked great! Nice grounds to walk around and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants. Excellent choice for a stay in Clearlake !"
