We requested an accessible room but even after waiting for the room when checking in sa it was not yet ready ,we didn’t get what we requested - so it was very difficult for seniors to climb to the big bath tub for a shower

The location is good. Restaurant is good. But room is soundproof badly.

Rivergrass Condos
All was great, lots of room; if anything was missing perhaps placemats for the table. A booklet with the basics may have been helpful vs. QR codes but we figured everything out and all was good. Thank you

Chateau Ridge Chalets
The set up was great on the first floor. Kids room was spacious and comfortable. Master bathroom had a weird tub/shower that was kind of scary to get in and out of. However the beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was super easy to use everyday. Kids wanted to stay in for dinner to enjoy the view ...
