"The lobby, bar, and other common areas are very nice and clean. The rooms have everything that you need in them. And the elevators are super efficient and fast even when it felt like a lot of people were going up and down. If you do self parking, it is just around the corner maybe a 50 yd walk. Just keep that in mind."

However our room was not cleaned well. We found an old soap wrapper in the bathroom, some lost headphones under the bed, and a spent coffee packet in the coffee maker filter basket. "Water pressure was strong. Such a plus for an old hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not memorable. Unhoused are rampant in the area. Choose where to go. Valet parking is $59 a day. best to valet to be safe. There’s a speakeasy in the hotel but wasn’t able to get in."

Also staff's suggestion that I use street parking was not super helpful as the max time is 2 hours. I found a pay lot a block away where I could have parked all day for relatively cheap so that info up front would have been helpful."
