"Love staying here but the pet fees per night are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS now. It needs to be a set fee FOR THE STAY, NOT EACH NIGHT which adds nearly $100 per night to the stay if you have more than one dog. The absolutely sterling and helpful staff, whether front desk, dining room, cleaning the rooms, etc. are amazing, especially the ever sweet woman at the front desk who ALWAYS is kind, cheerful, and willing to help us in any way she can! I wish I could remember her name!"

"Lot of restaurants nearby some eve walkable. Only bummer was fire alarm going off at 12:30 a.m. and just as we got dressed and gathered valuables it stopped. Better safe than sorry"

"Great location for any activities downtown Amarillo. Right across the street from Amarillo Globe Center and The Sod Poodle baseball stadium. The small suite room was perfect for our 2 night stay. Our king size bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious with a choice of made to order omelets along with a large selection of other breakfast items. "Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Beds were really soft."

"Great breakfast! The scrambled eggs actually tasted like they should--unlike so many other hotels. The sausage patties were great. The apple juice actually tasted good, unlike most hotel. I also like staying at hotels that have waffle machines and I appreciate that they offered unsweetened syrup. At my request, they also booked us downstairs as my wife has knee issues and our older Labrador retriever doesn't like stairs."

"Last minute find. Clean but noisy."

"This property thought it was ok and perfectly acceptable to tell us that because their elevator was broken not only could our wheelchair bound disabled daughter not access the room, but they refused to give us a refund. For a room we couldn’t stay in even if we tried. How you possibly justify that is beyond me but stay far away from this establishment"

Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience"
