"My only complaint is we were supposed to get a digital key we never got it so my husband went in to see what was up and the lady there said your room is probably not she never checked or anything. We checked in on the app the day before arriving saying wed ne there at 3 and check in time is at 3. This lady was off at 330 and she was very rude when my husband approached her to ask her about it, it made him so uncomfortable that we waited for the next lady to clock in to get our room. "
