"When we arrived there was so no power. Eventually it came back on. The TV did not work. Manpreet from the front desk came to help. Was not able to do anything. She look at me smiled, tilted her head, laughed and said sorry. Walked out of the room did not care. Went to check out in the morning. Almost 10 minutes before the guy showed up. Didn’t ask about my stay or seem to care when i choose to tell him. The staff could use some customer service training. Won’t stay there again."

"Check in was easy. Staff friendly and informative. They didn’t ask for or record my driver’s license number which I was pleased about. That should not be use for anything other than insurance, law enforcement, and MTO."

"The room was huge, bed comfortable, tv a bit small for the size of the room. The nice part was being able to park right outside our door. The hotel overall is a bit dated and the internal hallway very dark, but for a one night stay it worked perfectly.
It didn't feel like the staff were very interested in their job and were not very helpful which was a bit disappointing. In the least, they could have stood up at the front desk to serve us and the folks in front of us. The gal sat there...
