"Such a lovely hostel with outdoor gardens. Friendly and helpful staff. A clean room and warm blankets. We ordered an 8€ breakfast that included fresh fruit, croissants, fresh soda bread, cheeses, granola and yogurt. I highly recommend this accommodation. It's also a 5 minute walk to the promenade on the water."

"It was self service, but easy to enter and get our key as staff had communicated with us prior to our arrival. The room was spacious, lovely decore, and comfortable bed. They provided coffee, milk, and little snacks, otherwuse tge kitchen was well equipped to self cater. A piano in the formal dining room was a treat to enjoy."

Staff was helpful, shoutout to Rory (manager) who offers such warm hospitality and gave us great restaurant and bar recommendations which we enjoyed immensely! Will definitely be back. "

"Our room was spacious and clean with kettle and tea making equipment. Check in was easy. They were able to accommodate early check. Breakfast was fabulous choosing from a varied menu. Helpful advice on sites to see in Galway."

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"This property was great. The only reason not a five star on the staff is because we didn’t have contact with many staff due to checking in and out on the kiosk. The amenities were really good but hours were not great - closed too early. But overall hotel was a really good stay."

"The discount at check in wasn’t explained we couldn’t use it for breakfast. And the room temp was over 25 c the entire time. And I killed two bugs in the room "

"Great location. Nice hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning rooms. When we arrived to the room, there was trash left on the bed from previous guests along with a used floss pick on the floor. The drinking glasses we used were also not swapped out the next day and left dirty in the room. Hotel also doesn’t provide conditioner so bring your own. Tiny almost unusable shower."
