And if perhaps we had gotten one of the rooms overlooking the street as shown in the picture it would have been better. "This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”) Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room. "What an amazing place to stay. From the moment you pull up the beauty of the hotel and grounds will take your breath away. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk staff went out of their way to show us around and to our room. Too at the front door was super helpful with our bags and then with places to eat and pubs with live music. In the morning the breakfast was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Sad that we only had one night there and didn’t get to enjoy the whole place "
