"The staff was helpful for our late checkin. It was confusing that we had to walk through the next door hotel to get to the lobby."

"The low quality of this hotel doesn't match the price point even for Amsterdam. The bathrooms are so poorly designed that the light doesn't shine in the sink/mirror area, the shower has no enclosure so the entire bathroom gets wet, there is no towel hook, no hand soap was provided. We only stayed 2 nights and the replaced the 2 towels provided initially but not the 3rd we had requested, and they did not make the bed. There is a little table and coat hooks but nowhere to put the clothes away. I'd not stay here again"

"The listing on hotels.com seems to indicate laundry facilities available, which we took to mean self service laundry. They did not have that. They could send your clothes out to be washed but the pricing was very expensive. The laundry was a main consideration in choosing this hotel. We ended up taking an Uber to a laundromat 30 minutes away. Other than that we were happy with the hotel, specifically the location to the airport, train station, a 10-20 minutes away walk to a park, grocery stores, and a mall, and a great restaurant across the street. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the gym was well-equipped. The room was small but it worked well enough for a few days."

"The rooms are not that "soundproof". It is out in the countryside with not much around. Most of all beware, the "free shuttle" is only free to the hotel and you're not guaranteed a time slot for the return to the airport!"
