"The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was not up to par. It was the king suite room 234, the lobby and breakfast were great but the rooms could use some work. They do have a lot of great amenities but it doesn't off set room conditions. We chose this hotel because it had 9.4 stars but for the price we would not stay here again it certainly was not a 9.4 star room. "

"After we waited on line for 30 minutes we finally were able to check in. Went up to our room to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned at all! There was liquids from shampoo/conditioner all over the tub and hair in it. There was a clean towel and bar of soap on the ledge of the tub, so someone had to have been in there! In the room, there was debris all over the floor. I called and they said they would send someone up to clean it. After 30min nobody had been up to clean so I went downstairs and they said they would urgently send someone up. After a few minutes someone did show up and do a complete clean of the room. No apologies from the front desk which really soured our stay. That was the first and the last time we will stay there."

"Stay a couple of nights with our 2 granddaughters for their spring break and we had a good time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a hot breakfast. Staff was courteous and overall very nice."

"The room was clean but outside landscaping where the patio was needed some attention. We stayed on a bottom room, and the people above us was pretty loud. Making s’mores with the family was a lot of fun and the events director was amazing. There’s a lot of things that could be offered on the property but it’s all shut down which is a bummer. A bit overpriced for what you get. "

"The wait to check in was very long and unorganized. We paid more for a room that was by the waterpark and we were put in a different building that they said was still “considered close” to the waterpark and it definitely was not. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The outside mini golf corse was really run down. We had people smoking weed right outside our door the whole time. The waterpark was pretty neat with lots of an activities and seating. Overall I would not stay here again. It was a mostly negative experience. "
